This site publishes prices. It does not sell anything.
What this website is
A price list for services performed in the clinic of La Peau Parfaite Medical Clinic, Laoag City, by Dr. Katheryne Castillo, MD. The prices are published so that a patient can decide before booking. Nothing on this site is sold, shipped or delivered: it is a medical service, performed in a room, on a person who is present.
Payment
There is no checkout, no cart, no deposit and no card entry on this website. Payment is made at the clinic after the appointment, by cash, bank transfer or GCash, for the plan agreed at the consultation. No payment is taken to hold a slot.
Appointments
Every request is read by the doctor. She confirms the time herself and may ask a question, or decline, if the concern is better handled elsewhere. A request is not a confirmed appointment until she replies. Requests are made on md-k.com/booking.
Prices
Prices shown are starting prices. The final figure depends on the areas treated, the product used, the number of units or sessions, and it is written down before the treatment starts. A change of plan changes the price, and you are told before, not after. Prices on this page are updated periodically and are not a quotation.
Refunds and changes
Nothing is paid through this website, so nothing is refunded through it either. If you need to move or cancel an appointment, contact the clinic directly; the earlier you say, the easier it is for the patient who could take the slot. If a treatment cannot go ahead on the day for a medical reason, nothing is charged for it.
Images on this site
The photographs are studio representations of the treatment setting: the tray, the instruments, the room. They are not photographs of patients, they are not before and after images, and they do not show results. The clinic does not publish patient photographs, and no result is implied by any image here. Stock text and images are never used to suggest an outcome.
Medical disclaimer
This site is information, not medical advice, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Suitability for any treatment is decided at a consultation, in person, with your history taken. For an emergency, go to the nearest emergency room rather than contacting the clinic through this site.
Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third parties and has no form. Your visit is not profiled here. Appointment requests are handled under the clinic's privacy notice at md-k.com/privacy, which explains what is collected, why, how long it is kept and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
